Cart Setup
This runs off a standard 13amp socket and is 84cm wide x 54cm deep. The water and waste are underneath along with a pull out shelf for stock.
Espresso Machine
La Marzocco Linea Mini is a single group espresso machine capable of creating 400 drinks in a day by a single barista. You can see how we use it here

Either an Anfim Practica or Victoria Arduino Mythos which both offer superb consistency and speed.
