As we looked back over the 2024 calendar year at There Goes Coffee, we saw an increase in bookings for Team Days where companies gather employees into the workplace or external location for a wider look at the company culture and performance.
They can be a bit of a grind (what a wonderful link) and this is where we can help.
Throughout the day you'll have presentations, talks, workshops and games amongst other things. And inbetween these are short windows where people can digest what they're learning.
Below is a standard format that we have used with clients to keep the day fun and flowing.
Morning | 08:00-09:00: As people arrive they have an hour window to grab and coffee and get comfortable.
Mid Morning | 10:30-11:00: A break for people to either top up or get their first coffee.
Lunch | 12:30 - 13:30: Something to keep people perked up following a lunch slump.
Mid Afternoon | 15:00-15:30: In case people are really flagging.
